This is another shot from my early morning outing with my camera. This walkway parallels the north bank of the Arno river (near the Uffizi). I had just crossed the Ponte Vecchio (walking north, towards the Uffizi side of the river) and taken a right turn. The person you see far down the arches is another photographer. I never caught up to him, but I did see him taking photos around the area of the Uffizi. Instead of a centered, "straight-on" shot of the arches, I decided to squat and move to one side. |
