I built this set of row buildings for the train layout at the March 2002 TEXLUG meeting. I spent one weekend in early February 2002 constructing this model and had a great time doing it! I hadn't build anything in the town theme in many, many years so it was a new and different experience for me. I don't have many town parts, like windows, doors, trees, etc. and this model used nearly all that I had. The buildings are just a facade, with hollow insides. I intended to create a static model just to dispaly on a train layout. The buildings sit on gray plates that measure a total of 64 studs wide and 24 deep.
